Also recommended: Gusto - good terrace and veggie pizza, De Hemel Op Aarde - good tapas, good service, Nul-10 - expensive but good food and atmosphere, Zinc - expensive but excellent food and wine.

Not recommended: Ari - Westerpaviljoen has better lunch, Look - good food and service but Soit is slightly better, Stockholm - Soho and Level have better cocktails, Wok To Go - Daily Wok has better food.

Dudok - where staff avoid eye-contact when you want to order
Bagels & Beans - even slower, and less competent, service than Dudok, although has reportedly improved
